The University of Wisconsin-Stout, Wisconsin's Polytechnic University, seeks a dynamic Project Coordinator to support key initiatives in Planning, Assessment, Research, and Quality.
In this multifaceted role, you'll be at the heart of critical university operations - ensuring compliance with professional licensure regulations and state reciprocity agreements, leading strategic innovation efforts, and advancing employee success initiatives. You'll coordinate processes that keep UW-Stout aligned with state and federal regulations, serve as the driving force behind the campus innovation pipeline (LEAPP Innovation), and contribute to shaping policies that impact the entire university. As the chair of both the Innovation Review Team and Employee Success Committee, you'll facilitate idea development, support employee retention strategies, and play a central role in UW-Stout's continuous improvement efforts. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum / Required
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of working with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
Highly Desired / Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, compliance or related field.
- Professional work experience in higher education.
- Experience with compliance processes, that may include policies, procedures, professional licensure and SARA.
- Experience with strategic planning and innovation processes.
- Experience leading a team or chairing a committee.

The office of Planning, Assessment, Research and Quality (PARQ) is responsible for leading strategic planning and accountability, institutional research and assessment, Catalyst, regional accreditation, quality initiatives and university policy and procedure management.
