Position – Customer Support Consultant
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –  1st Shift (8am – 5pm)
Starting Pay – Starting at $20/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Customer service experience highly preferred
 
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve providing exceptional support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries across all communication channels.   
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.


Qualifications 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and developing creative solutions to resolve customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Willingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly adjust to new information, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly to manage customer interactions effectively.
