(For those who missed this last summer)Learn about a variety of greens and how they can be used in 'Main Course' salads. We'll add lots of flavor & pizzazz to keep your diet in balance. Learn how to use the delicious offerings of your local Farmer?s Markets. In this class we'll be preparing: Pan Seared Chicken Breast over Mixed Greens w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette & Spicy Pecans, Almond-Avocado Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Tabouleh, Brazilian Pork Salad w/ Tropical Vinaigrette, Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Feta & Shrimp, and Spinach Salad with Strawberries & Cantaloupe topped w/Maple Glazed Salmon.
