kCole Bookkeeping Launches Free Monthly QuickBooks Online Q&A for Small-Business Owners

Small-business owners who have questions about QuickBooks Online now have a new, free resource for getting straightforward answers.

kCole Bookkeeping & Small Business Consulting is launching a free monthly QuickBooks Online Q&A Drop-In Session, an informal online event where small-business owners can bring their QuickBooks questions and get practical guidance in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

The first session will be held Wednesday, September 16, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Central Time via Google Meet. Future sessions will take place on the third Wednesday of each month.

“Small-business owners are often trying to figure out QuickBooks while also doing everything else it takes to run their business,” said Kristin Cole, owner of kCole Bookkeeping & Small Business Consulting. “I wanted to create an easy, approachable place where they can ask the questions they’ve been stuck on and get some direction without feeling like they need to schedule a consultation or become a client.”

There is no prepared presentation and no sales pitch. Participants can drop in for a few minutes to ask a question or stay for the entire hour and learn from the questions other business owners bring to the conversation.

The sessions are free and open to small-business owners regardless of whether they are current kCole clients. Registration is required to receive the Google Meet information.

The Q&A is intended for general QuickBooks Online questions and education. Individual QuickBooks accounts will not be accessed or reviewed during the session, and the event is not intended to provide individualized bookkeeping, tax or legal advice.
