Created through the joint efforts of UW-Stout, the City of Menomonie, and Xcel Energy, the Stout Technology and Business Park is located only 50 minutes east of St. Paul. The area features a strategic location, a skilled and motivated workforce, high quality of life, exceptional PK-16 education institutions, and a competitive business environment. The west-central Wisconsin region is home to a highly skilled, motivated, flexible, and affordable workforce.

With four UW and two technical college campuses located within 45 miles of the Park, the region is called the ?IQ Corridor.?
