About Us

Thank you for checking us out. The link on the “About” section may be inaccurate – real directions are go West of Menomonie on Hwy 29 a bit over a mile. Turn left or South on North Midway Rd. We are about 100 yards. Our restaurant is currently not rented so look for the blue Masonic sign.

Menomonie Lodge’s history includes mergers with Colfax and the Boyceville/Glenwood City area Lodges. We are the only remaining Lodge of Freemasons in Dunn County. Our Charter dates to 1867.

Starting in 2016 we are switching our meeting night to the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. We have a meal at 6:00 which is open to visitors and the public. Most meeting nights we then move into a private business meeting at 7:00. Usually around 8:00 we close the meeting for a bit of social and recreation time.

Who are we and why should YOU be interested in knowing about us? We are not a religious organization (although you must have a belief in God) nor are we a service organization (although many members do marvelous things such as free care for children at Shriners Hospitals and Dyslexia Centers) – We are a brotherhood of good men improving ourselves, our families and our communities.

Give me or one of our officers a call if a fraternity like ours sounds intriguing to you.

Fraternally,
Brother Scott Carstens, Master 715-704-0648

Brother Donald Schwartz, Senior Warden 715-563-5196; Brother Bruce Fransway, Junior Warden 715-962-2126; Brother Jim Harmer, Secretary 715-505-0733
