Front Desk Receptionist & Office Coordinator

Busy tax and accounting office is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to coordinate a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will schedule tax preparation appointments and welcome clients for in-person meetings. During the tax season (January through April) your focus will be front-desk activities, including answering and redirecting phone calls.
