Request a Ribbon Cutting or Welcome Basket Ribbon Cuttings - membersWelcome Basket - potential new member HOW IT WORKS * RIBBON CUTTING WELCOME BASKET RIBBON CUTTINGS are the Chamber's way to celebrate new investor businesses and investor remodels, moves, etc. WELCOME BASKETS are the Chamber's way to welcome and meet potential new investors and learn about their businesses. WHEN Preference is the first Thursday of each month between 11 am - 4 pm. We schedule ribbon cuttings at least one month in advance. We recommend providing some type of refreshments for guests. Have fun with it! WHO We've got the ribbon and scissors for your event. Our Ambassadors assist the Chamber with celebrating your success! Once the Chamber receives your online form request the Ambassador representative will confirm with you. Provide photos, logos and business information. GUESTS We invite our Ambassadors to attend and welcome you into our organization and celebrate your success! We suggest that you also reach out to your customers, clients, and employees to attend the event. Tell them to spread the word, too. MARKETING We will promote your ribbon cutting in our newsletter and social media. We'll bring a camera to take photos/video. We encourage you to submit a press release to us along with spreading the word about your success! Call the local media with your information, and ask them to cover your ceremony. Follow up with emails reiterating the information. Post the event on social media, and, as the event draws closer, keep updating the page.
