On Saturday, January 19, The Mabel Tainter Center for The Arts in Menomonie will host A Mid-Winter Gathering of Writers and Readers. Published authors from the region will display their books for sale and visit with book readers. Fiction and non-fiction writers for all ages will be represented.
The event begins at 1:00 with a presentation by international award winning Menomonie author Kelly McCullough, a popular writer of fantasy, science fiction books. Kelly’s talk is titled From Codex to Kindle: Writing, Publishing and Reading in the Modern Era.
Admission is free. Donations are appreciated. Desserts and beverages will be available.
