Join in on the fun & attend the Wellness ROCKS kick off event on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Menomonie High School pool. Wellness ROCKS is a community-based wellness campaign aimed at motivating families to live healthier and more activies lives. The campaign is coordinated by Red Cedar Medical Center and is made possible by the generous support of the Menomonie Community Health Foundation and other local supporters.
