The Fourth Leg

In this class we weave together the science, philosophical meaning and individuality of Network Spinal Analysis and Somato Respiratory Integration at the Helios Wellness Center. The Fourth Leg is a metaphor for each of us coming to value our own experiences and life. We see the comparison of a three-legged stool being quite uncertain while four legs allows for more stability and therefore more options. But only by standing on our own two legs can we truly be of benefit to others.
