Outstanding Philanthropist Celebration

New this year: Nominations may be submitted by anyone from the general public not just CVFRP members. All nominations are due by August 1, 2008. Youth Philanthropist reciepient may be up to age 25. Please complete the form with the letter explaining why this person is worthy of the award and forward per instructions. You are welcome to include letters of support from other organizations with your nomination. This is to celebrate philanthrophy in the Chippewa Valley through Outstanding Adult Philanthropists and Outstanding Youth Philanthropists. Both Outstanding Philanthropist and Outstanding Youth Philanthropist will be named and honored at the CVFRP’S scheduled event.
