Discover new ways to create stunning images. This workshop is for those beginning with digital photography and those wanting to increase skills. Instruction includes; basic photographic technique, how to get perfect exposures, digital shooting modes, camera controls that improve image quality, and most important composition and how to SEE a photograph. If the weather allows we may go outdoors for a short time to take pictures where you will have the opportunity to work one on one with John in the field. We?ll conclude with a critique session where your images will be reviewed in an honest and supportive atmosphere where you may learn from successes as well as mistakes.
John Gregor owns and operates ColdSnap Photography in Two Harbors, MN, a photographic studio that teaches photographic workshops and specializes in outdoor, and location photography. Gregor?s work has been published in numerous national and regional publications and credits include several photographic books, including his most recently completed book ?Northern Treasure, The Story of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.? Fee includes instruction, materials and lunch.
