Mr. Menomonie is a male pageant consisting of ten junior and senior boys who compete in a variety of rounds including a best dressed round, question and answer round, and a dance round. The boys each have a selected charity in which they are raising awareness for. All money will be donated to the winner of Mr. Menomonie's charity
