Govin’s Farm is honored and humbled to once again be hosting a special Mental Health Luminary Walk during our upcoming fall season. This idea was born in 2019, when the theme of our corn maze was centered around suicide prevention. We received such an outpouring of love and support from the community that year for shedding some light on a topic that’s difficult to talk about, but unfortunately affects so many. With those sentiments always in our hearts, we decided to bring back the Luminary Walk again this year, with the focus being on mental health in general.
Here are the details for this year’s event:
Taking place on Saturday, October 8th from 5pm-10pm.
Govin’s will provide you with a luminary bag, tea light, and markers with the price of your farm admission.
A portion of the admission sales on this day will be donated to local mental health organizations.
You can write a name, note, or whatever you would like on the bag, and place it throughout the maze as you walk through, creating a stunningly beautiful tribute.
If you are unable to attend, but would still like a candle lit for a loved one, please send us a message and we will light a candle on your behalf

We hope you can join us for this special event.
If you need someone to talk to about your mental health, Northwest Connections is a great local resource that is available 24/7. They can be reached at 715.235.4245. #mentalhealth #endthestigma
