It can be done just about anywhere - alone or in a group - and can easily be incorporated into anyone's lifestyle. It can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour and help develop lean muscle. Red Cedar Medical Center and Wellness ROCKS are excited to bring Mark Rothstein, professional rope jumper, to Menomonie.
The public is invited to an evening presentation ?Mark Rothstein: World of Rope Jumping? at River Heights Elementary School, Menomonie, on Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Rothstein will entertain and educate kids and adults about being physically fit and making positive choices. He emphasizes polite manners, teamwork and honesty. Parents will enjoy watching their children in action and are welcome to join the fun.
