The Ludington Guard Band annual Circus Night Concert will be a bit different this year, but the Pet Parade and Children's Costume Parade will definitely be there. The band is adding a band member costume contest to the event. The Knapp Girl Scout Troops are taking care of the Flag Raising Ceremony and the Pie Social will be done by the First Congregational Church.
