“Holding People Accountable”
Presented by . . . Kari Dahl
Time: 11:30AM to 1PM
One of the top issues that leaders are most uncomfortable dealing with is holding people accountable. To hold people accountable, they must know what is expected of them and receive constant feedback on how they are doing. Yet, one of the top things employees want, that they say they don’t get, is enough feedback. This workshop will help you create a culture of accountability in your place of work, where people will ask “”What else can I do?” and help you as a leader overcome anxiety and fear in confronting accountability.
Kari is also a facilitator of the North American Leadership Academy held locally two times a year. Kari assists organizations in assessing their culture, personalizing strategic plans and implementing ideas for high performance. Kari has involved audiences throughout the United States, England and Europe in leadership development.
