Chippewa Valley Astronomical Society-Radio Astronomy Staff and UWEC Physics and Astronomy Professor George Stecher will be teaching an informative class that will cover: Introduction to Astronomy Evolution of Radio Astronomy RTP-SDR Dongle Applications Radio Astronomy Software Downloads Build your own IBT Radio Telescope Participants will receive RTL-SDR dongle, software, antenna to provide radio astronomy participation in an interesting adventure. Requirements Must be at least 12 years of age with computer experience Must have a laptop computer with USB capabilities All questions regarding the class work or requirements can be addressed to Pete Peloquin. peloquin@wolfmark.com Registration and full payment due by June 18.
