What to Expect:
- Move Your Body & Mind: Learn simple exercises and mindfulness techniques to boost energy and reduce stress.
- Empower Your Emotions: Discover tools for navigating challenges, building resilience, and fostering self-compassion.
- Connect with Community: Engage in group activities that promote positive social interaction and support networks.
What to Bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes that will allow for movement and bring a water bottle with you.
Additional items that may enhance your class experience could be to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket that can be placed on the ground and/or a lawn chair for outdoor class sessions (weather permitting).
