Final Affairs ? A guide to arranging your personal and legal affairs

This seminar will guide you through planning for end-of-life issues, so you and your family can feel secure, organized and have peace of mind in planning for the future. You will receive a copy of the ?Final Affairs Guide,? in-depth workbook, specifically designed for this workshop by the Chippewa Valley C.A.R.E. Coalition, to assist you in organizing your personal, legal and financial information. This seminar is appropriate for anyone planning for themselves, a parent or an aging loved one.
Topics will include gifting of personal belongings, funeral planning, hospice and palliative care and power of attorney. Guest speakers: benefit specialist, elder law attorney, social worker/family living specialist, hospice nurse and funeral director.
