By the year 2012 there is a serious labor shortage expected with the baby boomers retiring and new jobs are created while a fewer number of new workers are available from the younger generation to fill those vacancies. Keynote speaker Erica Whittlinger, Economist Terry Ludeman, Senator Herb Kohl as well as panels of retirees and employers will explore issues surrounding retaining and attracting the older worker.
