(For those who missed this last summer)...We?ll discuss a variety of fresh herbs as well as growing, harvesting, and storing. We?ll use all of these fragrant fresh herbs in some delicious dishes: Herb-Garlic Butter, Fresh Herb Vinaigrette w/Spring Mix, Pan-Seared Salmon w/Mustard-Dill Glaze, Fingerling Potato & Green Bean Salad w/Fresh Herb Dressing, Herb Crusted Chicken Breasts, Basil-Garlic-Lemon Fettuccini, Mint Syrup over Fresh Fruit
