This session will discuss a case study of how a few business strategy decisions, which spanned decades, created issues surrounding conflict of interest and resulted in dire consequences. Participants will dicuss the same strategy issues facing the company, make decisions to chart a course of action, and determine if their company could end up in the same situation.
