If you missed last year?s camp, here is your chance to take an amazing trip with us to the Chippewa County Forest and explore the world of bogs! This one-day camp is geared for 10-12 years olds in mind. Bogs are fascinating plant communities occupying a unique niche in our northern forests. They are home to many interesting plants and animals found no where else! A trip to a bog is one that will never be forgotten! If we have a extra time we'll hike a short section of the Ice Age Trail winding through the hills, lakes and fens of the beautiful Chippewa County Forest.
Campers should pack a lunch with a drink and come dressed for being outside and tromping through the woods. (Insect repellent will be provided or bring your own if you prefer.) A morning and afternoon snack will be provided.
