There are eight known species of bats in Wisconsin. Learn how to use the portable AnaBat detector to determine and monitor the bat species in your neighborhood, a local natural area or a nearby lake! This workshop includes a one-hour bat survey of Beaver Creek Reserve and hands-on experience using the AnaBat detector! Data collected during the survey will be submitted to the statewide Wisconsin Bat Monitoring Program database. Registrations accepted until June 30.
