If you didn't get a chance to see one of this years summer hit movies for instance the Transformers, now is your chance! Blue Devil Productions brings you the new high action packed movie Transformers. The movie will be playing at 7pm in the Applied Arts 210, runtime 2 hours and 24 minutes.
The Transformers is about two races of robots in an intergalactic war. The robots can transform themselves in a wide range of different autos for instance cars, trucks, and planes. There is the one race, Autobots led by the noble and wise Optimus Prime. Who are trying to save planet earth from being destroyed and taken over by Decepticons led by the fearful Megatron. However, this movie isn't all just special affects and compact action, there is a bit of a love story as well. Transformers stars the much talked about, Shia LaBeouf playing Sam Witwicky who is the main character of the movie. LaBeouf's character Sam Witwicky has the hotts for Megan Fox's character Mikaela Banes. The movie starts off with Sam trying to find a way to impress the girl and first step he figures is to start by owning a car. Little does he know the car he ends up getting is an actual robot, one of the loyal Autobots named bumblebee, that's about to take him on quite the wild ride. It is just the beginning of what's to come for Sam and Mikaela, as they face the unknown to help save planet earth. Other well known names that are in the Transformers are Tyrese Gibson who plays a USAF (United States Air Force) Tech Sergeant Epps. Josh Duhamel from the hit show Las Vegas plays Captain Lennox in Transformers. The hilarious Anthony Anderson plays Glen Whitmann, and the legendary Jon Voight plays Defense Secretary John Keller.
