Come and celebrate the installation of new solar panels.
Teal Lemonade & Cookies will be served in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
The Bridge to Hope (TBTH) invites community members to join a ribbon cutting celebration on April 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM at 2110 4th Ave NE. This event marks a meaningful investment in both sustainability and survivor support.
Through energy-efficient upgrades, TBTH is reducing its utility costs—freeing up critical funds that can now be redirected into direct services for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Every dollar saved on electricity is a dollar that stays in the community, supporting emergency shelter, advocacy, and long-term healing. This approach ensures that donor, investor, and community contributions are used where they matter most: directly serving survivors rather than covering rising operational expenses.
This initiative also reflects the connection between environmental responsibility and the anti-violence movement. By embracing sustainable practices, The Bridge to Hope is strengthening its long-term stability, ensuring consistent, reliable support for survivors while building a model that is both eco-conscious and mission-driven.
The Bridge to Hope is grateful to the funders who made this project possible, including Solar for Good, RENEW Wisconsin, the Couillard Solar Foundation, and the Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation Solar Moonshot Program. TBTH also thanks Legacy Solar Co-Op and Olson Solar Energy for their partnership and professionalism.
