2026 Chamber Luncheon - Leadership

Leadership is not limited to a title. It shows up in how people communicate, take ownership, support one another and prepare others to step into greater responsibility.

The November Chamber Luncheon will focus on the practical ways leaders can strengthen their teams while developing the people who will help move their organizations forward.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to:
 

• Develop future leaders by using coaching and mentorship to help employees build confidence and take on greater responsibility.
• Bring different strengths together to create stronger working relationships and more effective teams.
• Prepare teams for change and growth by building ownership, adaptability and shared responsibility.
• Support leadership at every level by creating opportunities for employees to contribute, grow and lead from where they are.

The focus is on leadership practices that can be brought back to the workplace and applied across teams, roles and experience levels.

About the Keynote Speaker:
Dr. Jeff Sullivan is the Executive Dean of Workforce Solutions and Integrated Technologies at CVTC, where he leads programs across Dual Credit Partnerships, Information Technologies along with STEM initiatives.  Jeff formerly was the dean of manufacturing and apprenticeship programming at the college. He has served as an academic dean at the college for 13 years.  A former Menomonie educator and CTE coordinator, Jeff has spent his career building pathways that connect students, schools, and industry. His research in advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0, along with strong partnerships across the region, has shaped innovative dual‑credit academies and workforce initiatives. Jeff also serves the community through leadership roles with Menomonie Chamber, Manufacturing Works, the Chippewa Valley Youth Apprenticeship Committee, and formerly leading the Chippewa Valley Innovation Center
