Leadership Menomonie (LM) is designed to develop community leaders who have the skills to work together, be part of solutions, and accept ownership of community issues. Graduates will have completed nine full-day sessions, studying a wide variety of topics including education, business and industry, heritage, arts and tourism, media, government and law, health and human services, agriculture and environment.
Graduates are provided the opportunity to meet area leaders, organizations and fellow alumni.
Attendance Policy: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this program. A maximum of two classes may be missed. Missing more than two classes will result in immediate termination of the attendee from the class.

November - Work on Community Project (groups pick the date)
December 15 - Professional Development / Community Service
January 19 - Manufacturing
February 16 - Business & Industry
March 23 - Ag, Environment, & Natural Resources (note 4th Thursday)
April 20 - Health & Human Services
May 18 - Government & Law
June 15 - Graduation (half day)

Location
Leadership Menomonie is an on-site, hand-on experience. We will visit different businesses, organizations and institutions to give you a behind-the-scenes look at operations. Each program day will include a new location and a new topic to give you an enhanced perspective about business and industry in the Greater Menomonie Area.

Tuition
Tuition for the Leadership Menomonie program is $1000. Tuition covers all program costs including leadership retreat, transportation, meals, program materials and awards.
Scholarship
Scholarships may be available. Submit a letter in addition with your application to ceo@menomoniechamber.org
