2021 Western and Central Wisconsin Wage Survey
We are proud to be covering employers from nine Chambers of Commerce including: Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Marshfield, Menomonie, Portage County, Rice Lake, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids.
The results are reported by major industry group (manufacturing, healthcare, financial institutions, general business, and government. Wage data is reported for the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles, averages, and sample sizes. Also included are average wage ranges (when reported) and exempt vs. non-exempt. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST, THEN COMPLETE BOTH THE SURVEY AND ORDER FORMS AND RETURN THEM BY MONDAY MAY 3rd, 2021.
All information gathered in the survey is held STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. All responses are returned to the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce who is the survey host and major sponsor. Technical advisory support for the survey is provided by Deb Marshall, Senior Manager, at Wipfli LLP.
If you participate in the 2021 Wage Survey, you will be eligible to join us July 28 for a presentation from Deb Marshall explaining important wage trends and information from the final data results. More information on this event will be available as the date approaches.
Our objective for this survey is to be the definitive resource of base compensation information for commonly recognized jobs in our geographic area. The survey will cover many of your organization’s jobs which will be listed in ALPHABETICAL ORDER. However, not all your organization’s jobs will match our descriptions. DO NOT REPORT a job if (1) The position does not fit one of our descriptions, or (2) The position is in areas other than Western and Central Wisconsin.
Please submit the Cover Sheet/Order Form and the Wage Survey via email or mail by May 3, 2021 to:
