Peoples State Bank is hiring an early-career professional looking to build a career in banking and commercial/ag lending for Plainview, and another in Menomonie. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in commercial and agricultural credit analysis, loan underwriting, and relationship banking while learning from experienced lenders.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or a related field
- Interest in commercial/agricultural lending
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Compensation
- Salary $50,000 -$75,000
