Planting to Sustain Beneficial Insects

Guest Speakers Danny Simpson, Chris Winkler (co-owner) and Helen Kees (co-owner) from Wheatfield Hill Organics. Danny is a junior enrolled at Northland College, in Ashland WI, studying Biology and Environmental Geoscience. He has worked at Wheatfield Hill Organics for the past six summers as an organic gardener and field hand, and has been involved in almost every facet of farm operations. Upon graduating, he plans to pursue graduate school to study sustainable agriculture. SEED Library seeds will be available for "Check Out" at this event.
