Brought to you by the Menomonie Public Library and Grassroots Wellness Peer run Respite July 11th, 18th, 25th and August 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. On the Library lawn, weather permitting, otherwise in the library meeting room. Please bring your own mat. Community Yoga is designed to accommodate yoga practitioners of all levels, even beginners! In this one hour class we will cover yoga postures, some yogic philosophies, and go through some guided relaxation/meditation.
