Join Beaver Creek Reserve’s Book Club! During the month of January we will be reading “Refuge: An Unnatural History of Family and Place” by Terry Tempest Williams. This work of non-fiction follows the personal family trauma of the author while also diving into the evolution of the Great Salt Lake and the birds that call the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge home. The first meeting will be at the Citizen Science Center. Subsequent meeting locations will be determined by club members. Read chapters 1-7 (through Chapter “California Gull”) prior to the first meeting. Registration due by January 2, 2017.
