CapVest kicks of their Northern Lights Apartment project with a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, December 13 at 3pm. This facility will consist of 2, 30 unit complexes (60 units total) that are a combination of 1 bed, 1 bath units and 2 bed, 2 bath units. Anticipated completion of the project is slated for October 2025.
