CVTC Alumni Market recently launched

Eau Claire, WI – The Chippewa Valley Technical College Alumni Association has launched a website featuring businesses owned by CVTC alumni.

Graduate surveys show 89 percent of CVTC Alumni are employed in Wisconsin with 70 percent employed within the 11-county CVTC district. Many of those alumni start their own business in west-central Wisconsin. As part of an effort by the CVTC Alumni Association to further develop engagement with alumni, the association has developed the CVTC Alumni Market.

This online resource found at cvtc.edu/alumni/alumni-market provides a one-stop resource for those interested in purchasing products and services from CVTC alumni-owned businesses. The site provides an opportunity for CVTC graduates who own businesses to gain valuable exposure as well as encouraging networking among alumni business owners. The listing contains direct links to business websites. Registration of a CVTC Alumni-owned business is free can be done through a link on the website.

In keeping with its mission “to enhance the experiences of current students, engage with alumni of all ages, and celebrate the success of graduates and friends of the College,” the CVTC Alumni Association board of directors continuously strives to develop programs and initiatives for all CVTC Alumni.
