Join us for guided tours of local grocery stores to learn about food sources, organic options, finding the healthiest foods and tips on how to pick out more nutritional options! Come prepared with
questions.
Thursday, March 8 – Lammer’s Food Fest. Tour begins at 6:30 p.m.
All Motivation to Move events are free and open to the public. Record 1,000 bonus steps when you attend ANY Mayo Clinic Health System – Red Cedar community event. Registration deadline is three days prior to each event date. Registration is required for all events. Space may be limited.
