Join us for a special keynote event introducing TrueWellness, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming health and well-being across Northwest Wisconsin. At the core of TrueWellness is a simple but powerful belief: health isn’t something we achieve alone—it’s built together through the environments we live in and the communities we’re part of.
Rather than focusing only on individual choices, TrueWellness works to address the root causes of chronic disease by bringing together local leaders, organizations, and community members to create lasting, system-level change. The goal is to make the healthy choice the easy choice—where people live, work, learn, and play.
As part of this effort, TrueWellness has partnered with Blue Zones, a globally recognized organization that studies the world’s longest-living populations and helps communities apply those lessons locally. Blue Zones focuses on improving the environments around us—like food access, movement, social connection, and daily habits—because those factors have the greatest impact on long-term health.
During this keynote, the Blue Zones team will share their research on longevity and well-being, along with real examples of how they’ve helped communities across the country experience measurable improvements in health, quality of life, and even economic vitality.
You’ll also hear how this work is beginning right here in Northwest Wisconsin, and what it could mean for our future. This is an opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of a community-wide movement toward longer, healthier, more fulfilling lives.
