Teen Summer Reading: Own the Night
Young Adults in grades 6-12 are invited to the Menomonie Public Library for our summer reading program, "Own the Night." Along with weekly activities, they are also featuring a reading program, featuring prizes of gift cards to places like Wal-Mart, Jeff's Pizza, dunhams, Taco Bell and CEC Movie theater! To enter, fill out a slip in the YA area of the library. The more you read, the better your chances are for winning! Reading program runs from June 7-August 1. Prizes will be awarded August 3rd.
June 21: Zumba! Join Nicki Welsch who will show us the way to Zumba!
June 28: Twinkie Art competition!
July 5: Dream Journals!
July 12: GEEK OUT! (Make your own stop animation, scratch animation, and light painting photography)
July 19: Outdoor Olympics! Featuring the ever popular gunny sack and 3-legged races.
Drawings will be held each week for the "Lame Prize of the Week."
