Recycled Jewelry
Using an assortment of odds and ends, create buttons, bracelets, and memory necklaces. Have fun and be creative. Instructor: Robert Felton is a UW Stout student majoring in business with an Art minor. He plans to own his own green gallery/store someday. He sells his jewelry at several galleries across Wisconsin.
