  If you have ever sat in a traditional strategic planning session, it can be very tedious and energy draining.   Wouldn’t it be great if it created excitement and momentum that could transform your organization?   In this highly interactive presentation, you will use your personal working situation to explore and discover new potentials and possibilities by affirming past and present strengths, successes and potentials through answering questions that promote appreciative inquiry.  You will design and develop your dream department or organization.
 
Kari is also a facilitator of the North American Leadership Academy held locally two times a year.  Kari assists organizations in assessing their culture, personalizing strategic plans and implementing ideas for high performance.  Kari has involved audiences throughout the United States, England and Europe in leadership development.
