Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence (EI) is a key skill of great leaders and a critical component of strong teams and organizations. This session will focus on multiple areas of emotional intelligence including how it affects trust and relationship building within your organization. Course also includes interactive practice of EI skills.
