DESCRIPTION:"How to Create a Strategic Marketing Campaign\," a 3 hour comprehensive workshop will be hosted by Western Wisconsin SCORE on Saturday January 21 from 9 a.m. to noon at the North Campus of the Technical College at 2320 Alpine Rd in Eau Claire.  This seminar will be presented by James Peters and Olaf Lind of Factor 4 Creative Marketing.  To register\, go to www.score-westernwisconsin.org and follow the workshops link or call the SCORE office at 715 834-1573 from 9 a.m. to Noon weekdays.  The cost of the seminar is $20.\n\n	 \n\n	The workshop will focus on helping new and existing businesses market and advertise more effectively by presenting concepts for brand creation\, strategies for creating and managing a marketing budget\, explaining key features and concepts about different advertising mediums\, and steps to create an effective\, long-term marketing campaign.\n\n	 \n\n	Western Wisconsin SCORE is one of 389 chapters nationally.  SCORE is a 13\,500 member volunteer association chartered by the U.S. Small Business Administration.  Nationally\, SCORE provides more than 500\,000 services annually to entrepreneurs and small businesses.  Last year SCORE helped clients start nearly 59\,000 businesses.\n\n	 \n\n	James Peters and Olaf Lind are the primary partners of Factor 4 Creative Marketing\, a Chippewa Valley full service creative agency.  They represent over 28 years of combined experience in marketing\, specializing in brand development\, media buying\, and coordinated cross-media advertising in B-to-B and B-to-C markets. \n\n	 \n\n	This seminar will appeal to both new businesses and existing businesses who want to get more return on their marketing dollars.
