\n Open to youth 18 years and younger \;
\n\n Level I: \; \; Swim \;100 yards\, \;Bike 2 miles \; \;Run \; \;0.5 miles \;
\n\n Level II \; \;Swim \;500 yards\, \;Bike 4 miles \; \;Run \; \; \;2 miles \;
\n\n \;
\n\n Swim Portion: Menomonie High School pool \;
\n\n Bike Portion: Starts at the Menomonie High School parking lot\, goes south on \;
\n\n Bongey drive\, west on to River Heights Road\, and makes a loop turning on to \;
\n\n Scritsmier Avenue\, and then north on Ballentine Road back to Bongey. \;
\n\n Level I does one loop\, Level II does two loops \;
\n\n Run Portion: Menomonie High School grounds \;
\n\n Cost: $20 per person\, maximum $40 per multiple children in the same family \;
\n\n Cost Includes: T-shirt\, water along the route\, fruit and water afterwards \;
