His stand-up act has earned him a position as a contributing writer for Saturday Night Live. Other TV credits have ranged from being in a pilot for the NFL Network\, to doing 2008 post-election commentary for the BBC. Originally from Washington\, DC and based in New York City\, Ryan is a regular at many of the top clubs in the country. He has also worked with some of the best comedians of this generation\, including Dave Chappelle\, Colin Quinn\, Mike Birbiglia and Mitch Hedberg.
