DESCRIPTION:This FREE program is a series of educational sessions that give tips and advice to job seekers that will improve their chances of having their resume come to the top of the pile\, of having them be one of the people called for a phone interview\, and of having them be in the top 5 who get invited in for an in-person interview.  The information we give will also help them improve the impression they make in the interview so they can become the best candidate for the job.\n\n	\n\n	This is an effort of the Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management\, a local group of about 200 Human Resource Professionals who meet periodically to network\, stay in tune with what's happening in our field\, and share best practices.  We are a local chapter of a larger national organization\, the Society for Human Resource Management.
