DESCRIPTION:One Voice\, One CommunityJune 22-23-24 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Ages 6-9$35 per student includes materials What if you could do one thing and make a difference in your family\, town\, country or world?  One Voice\, One Community takes students outside their everyday lives to explore what one person\, even a child\, can do to have a big impact on our world.  Under the direction of artist/teacher Sarah Tennessen\, students will create individual design ideas and the group will combine these thoughts to create a community mural for display.  This display will go on to other communities where other groups of students will be creating their own mural\, creating a traveling-growing exhibit.  The final murals will return to each participating community\, so that each group can visit and see what their ideas brought about.
