Come out to meet Nancy\, learn about an aerobic fitness activity that is fun\, full of fresh air\, and one that you can take with you wherever you go. After the program\, join Nancy for an energizing walk around the grounds to give the poles a whirl and get pointers on how to get the most aerobic benefit from your walks. A limited number of demo poles will be available for participants to share during the walk.\nRegistration and full payment required by September 16.
