This discussion will focus on prejudice\, stereotypes and discriminationfrom your own personal experiences. We will then explore ways for leaders to take action to createan inclusive organization.Kari is also a facilitator of the North American Leadership Academy held locally two times a year. Kari assists organizations in assessing their culture\, personalizing strategic plans and implementing ideasfor high performance. Kari has involved audiences throughout the United States\, England and Europein leadership development.The cost of this session is only $15.00 and that includes lunch!
